How Care Works

  • How we work
  • How Care Works

Home Care is a very flexible way of having some help and support in your own home.

Visits can be from as little as 30 minutes long which can provide families living away with peace of mind that their relative is safe and well, through to having several visits per day or overnight care. In this way you can create the package of care that will suit you best whilst enabling you to remain at home. You simply tell us what you need and we will arrange it all. For more complex needs we are able to offer 24 hour support packages where we will make 3 to 4 shifts per 24 hour period and there will always be one of our careers in your property 24 hours a day providing full round the clock care.

Why E Care Community is different

E Care Community takes pride in working differently to other home care providers because we always ensure that:

Carers spend the full amount of time with you - their travelling time is not taken out of your care visit and we monitor the time they are at each visit by requesting carers log in and out of each call with our digital rostering system.

You are always in control - if you wish to alter your care timings or visit day we will do our very best to accommodate this as soon as possible.

We are responsive - as soon as we know about an issue or a problem we are dealing with it.

We believe in being advocates for our clients - we are passionate about ensuring our clients are advocated for when they go into hospital or when dealing with community services

Next steps

Contact us either by phone or by completing an enquiry form. If you would like us to call you back please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We can discuss your care needs over the phone and can send you a copy of our brochure and list of fees.
If you would like to arrange a visit from one of our team we will be very happy to come out and have a chat face to face about our services and your care needs. There is no charge for this and of course no obligation to proceed with care if you do not wish to.

If you would like to arrange for care to start we can often do this very quickly depending on availability so please do ask.
