Our office team is crucial in co-ordinating and organising all of the care that our clients receive, recruiting and training new carers and ensuring that we remain compliant with all new legislation and exceed the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission and other local commissioners such as Essex County Council – Social Services.

Currently we have one central office based in Clacton on Sea which covers the whole of the Tendring Peninsula, this office is managed primarily by 3 staff as detailed below:

Sean McDonagh
Sean McDonagh

Having worked in the care sector for many years Sean has worked for many of the largest social care organisations. For several years Sean had regularly worked in Mental Health homes up and down the country and its from this experience he has gained a wealth of knowledge in what is required in order to offer the personal service that E Care is renowned for today. Sean is responsible for compliance of all rules and regulations and Sean is a key part of the companies growth, plans and aspirations. Sean has a Level 2 NCFE working in mental health and is working towards his level 5 QCF in health and social care management.

Melanie Kudiabor
Melanie Kudiabor

Melanie has over 18 years experience in the care sector in which 9 of those years were in a managerial position. Melanie started to work with elderly/dementia then went onto work with people with a mental health illness. Melanie has managed a mental health home and comes with alot of experience and knowledge especially in Dementia. Melanie is currently enrolled on the QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Management and Melanie has also completed Level 2 NCFE working in mental health.

Jackie Edwards

Jackie has over 3 years experience in the care field and more than 15 years experience in managing administration of large corporate operations. Jackie is responsible for all administrative tasks within the company and ensures everything runs smoothly on a day to day basis. Jackie is responsible for invoicing, chairing meetings and training management.
